Plumage Online uses Australia Post and charges a nominal rate of $10.00 for delivery Australia wide. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Goods are sent registered post and require a signature to accept delivery. If you are unavailable on delivery a card will be left notifying you that a parcel is awaiting pickup at your local Post Office. Delivery fees are NON REFUNDABLE unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered. All purchases are traceable through Australia Post.
Plumage attempts to represent all garments as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour due to individual computer monitor setting.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to dispatch. We will notify you by email if there is any delay regarding your purchase.
If we are unable to fulfill your order immediately we will notify you as to when the item will be available.
