We hope you are delighted with your Plumage online purchase, however, we offer ONE FREE EXCHANGE, or will refund, as long as garments are returned within the specified time frame.
If you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 5 DAYS of receipt for an authorization number, goods must be received by us within 10 DAYS of authorization to be eligible for exchange or refund. Postage costs are non refundable unless goods have been received faulty. Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Please return with a copy of the invoice to:

Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for ONE FREE EXCHANGE, any exchanges thereafter will incur the nominal delivery cost.
